Packing up his Chevy Astro van Sid Simons mapped a trip across America, hitting 22 states in just two months. What he didn’t plan, however, was that this trek would be the catalyst for a new project, Girl Skin.

More a brand than a band, Simons intends Girl Skin to stretch across music, clothing, zines, video-making, skateboarding and photography – this is empire-building on a DIY scale. Currently setting the pace on a musical level, Bailey Blu (drums, vox, piano) and Woody (bass, vox) join Simons to complete the three-piece. Having recently wrapped their debut EP, Girl Skin are bringing the noise that feeds the engine.
