Virgil Abloh‘s Off-White has announced a collaboration with cult Japenese label Undercover.

Titled UNDEROFFWHITECOVERS, the collection draws from iconic 80s and 90s Japanese comedy, with the accompanying imagery starring actors Naoto Takenaka and Eri Fuse in a number of humorous role-plays.

Mashing together both brand’s aesthetics, the collection boasts a line-up that includes t-shirts, hoodies, zip-ups, shorts, denim and a waist bag. Undercover’s Jun Takahashi reworks Off-White’s synonymous markings, while “dark matter” graphics of snakes, skeletons and clawed hands feature throughout.

Launching 14th September, here are two brands with mass street appeal, so expect queues – and lots of them.
