HERO FRAMED
Lea Seydoux, photography by Lucca Dahan-Fletcher
French-American photographer and filmmaker Lucca Dahan-Fletcher has photographed some of the most notable names in film. Having studied photography and cinema at UCLA under the teaching of Catherine Opie and Barbara Kruger, he quickly became engulfed in Hollywood’s cinematic universe. Working on set for the likes of David O Russell and Wes Anderson, Dahan-Fletcher took the opportunity to perfect his portraiture on the likes of David Fincher, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Léa Seydoux and Michael Fassbender. A lover of craft, the photographer’s portraits capture his subjects as their most candid selves, despite whatever character they may be trying on for size that day.
