Drop the needle
As a fashion house, Saint Laurent is embedded in music lore and heritage. From Yves dressing Mick and Bianca Jagger in his-and-her tailoring for their 1971 St Tropez wedding and having Grace Jones walk his shows, to more recently, Vaccarello casting Travis Scott, Diana Ross and Lenny Kravitz in his campaigns. Not only does the house care about music, it cares about how you listen to music. Cue a collaboration with iconic speaker brand Bang & Olufsen, unveiling a new Saint Laurent-branded turntable.
The fifth collaboration between Saint Laurent Rive Droite and Bang & Olufsen, this new design icon reimagines an early 70s classic, restoring ten original Beogram 4000 Series turntables and transforming them into Beogram 4000c recreated editions. Blending heritage with contemporary innovation and design, each piece is housed in a solid ziricote wood case, individually numbered, and features an etched logo. We recommend dropping the needle on one of those limited-edition blood-red John Carpenter vinyls – also available at Saint Laurent’s Rive Droite stores in Paris and LA.
