A man of all occassions

Daniel w. Fletcher is taking us from boardroom to dancefloor

Daniel Fletcher is on a roll! Having released his FW24 collection just a week ago, he’s back again with his SS25 collection which was inspired by 1980s occasionwear. On the moodboard: Savile Row pinstripes, gold-buttoned naval jackets, cricket whites and rugby shorts. It was all so quintessentially Daniel W. Fletcher.

There was a party mood throughout the collection. A sequinned top in yellow and white checkers referenced a dance floor and unbuttoned tuxedo jackets and untied ties felt like we were at the end of a great night out. Elsewhere, there were glimpses of sexiness with leather belt chokers and black leather trousers. The focus on reinterpreting menswear tropes was ever present, Oxford shirts had built-in ties emerging from the collar, suspender-like clips were built in micro shorts, and looks were finished with feather-embellished school boy scarves thrown – school disco glam.
