Fashion round-up
Time flies, so to keep you in the loop, we’ve rounded up all the important snippets of fashion news from the past seven days into one neat feature. This week includes an online Balenciaga game and a Versace shopping experience.
Versace opened its New Bond Street flagship
Christmas shopping can be a pain, so make a pitstop at Versace’s new London flagship for some luxe relief. Across three floors, it’s all plush carpets, marble shelving and velvet armchairs you can fall into. Cheers, Donatella.
Per Götesson announced a collaboration with Weekday
Getting his hands on Weekday’s deadstock, the London-based designer worked his magic to create a brand new collection, slicing and splicing garments like a sartorial Dr Frankenstein. And with all proceeds going to the Civil Rights Defenders, an international human rights organisation, even more reason to get your wallets out.

Balenciaga launched a role-player game
Ignore all this Playstation 5 nonsense, Balenciaga’s new Afterworld game is where the true gamers are. Select an avatar and then roam the streets of a futuristic city where everyone wears Balenciaga. Through forest raves and mountain climbs, if you reach the end you get a special prize. Game on.
Kim Jones’ Fall21 Dior show happened
Transporting us away from Earth’s troubles, this week Jones held his live-streamed Fall21 menswear show, and it was epic. Against a backdrop of cosmic explosions, Jones’ futuristic streetwear was punctuated by specially commissioned artwork by NYC art icon Kenny Scharf – including toothy aliens and dystopian terrains.
