In the past, a chic pair of sunglasses was an easy way to bring an outfit together. Their whole function was to be totally innocuous, the secret and silent weapon in the menswear arsenal that never drew attention to themselves. However, SS25 saw eyewear become much bigger and much bolder. At Prada, sunglasses took the form of huge reflective visors in the style of ski goggles. Different scenes were printed onto the sunglasses’ reflective surface, such as a seaside or a concert, giving the uncanny effect that this is what the wearer is seeing.
